SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery Area
We ship to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and other European countries. Available shipping destinations will be displayed during checkout.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout and depend on the destination country. Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €75. For orders below €75, shipping fees apply and will be shown during checkout.
Delivery Time
Delivery takes approximately 4–10 business days after payment has been received. During periods of high order volume, delays may occasionally occur. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
Shipping Partners
Depending on the destination country and location, we ship with DHL, DPD, or Hermes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
No Delivery to Parcel Lockers
Unfortunately, delivery to DHL parcel lockers is not available.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over such fees and cannot predict their amount.
