WITHDRAWAL POLICY
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from this contract, you will receive a refund exclusively in the form of store credit for our online shop. A refund to the original payment method used for the purchase is excluded.
By placing your order, you agreed to our Terms & Conditions and this Withdrawal Policy. If you nevertheless open an unjustified dispute with a payment provider (such as Klarna or PayPal), we expressly reserve the right to pass on any resulting processing fees, chargeback fees, or administrative costs to you.
The store credit will be issued no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice and either receive the returned goods or you provide proof that the goods have been returned.
The store credit is valid for three years from the date of issue and can be used for all products available in our online shop. Cash redemption of store credit is not possible.
EXCLUSION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (HYGIENE & HEALTH PROTECTION)
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following goods where hygiene and health protection requirements make them unsuitable for resale after use:
Hair styling products (such as dryer attachments, curling attachments, brushes, and similar accessories) that come into direct contact with hair and skin during use. Even after a single use, hair, skin particles, or styling residues may remain in small components and openings, making hygienic reprocessing impossible.
Once a product has been opened or used and is nevertheless returned, no monetary refund will be issued. Instead, store credit equal to the value of the product will be provided.
Your statutory rights regarding defective products remain unaffected.
RETURN OF GOODS
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.
The return address will be provided after contacting support@mousee.de.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
